INTERIOR DESIGN / How interior project order is made?
![]() 1. To the first meeting bring along house layout (it may be a copy of an inventory plan, or event better – if you can bring along an architectural design in DWG format); 2. In the first meeting we discuss your wishes and specify overall amount of work; 3. Next step is cost estimation which is our job; 4. Then we discuss price and we agree on the project execution terms and costs; 5. You pay us an advance payment and we commence work at your project; 6. During project development stage we meet, agree, make some changes in drawings upon priorly stipulated schedule; 7. Upon the end of the project term you shall receive completed drawings, which you will be able to take to builders, order tiles, pluming, kitchen etc. Partially this process has begun during the project development, as when first drawings are completed we send them to you and to the suppliers, so they are in touch with the situation on redecoration costs. 8. Interior project is a binding with drawings in A3 format and CD with drawing files; upon their receipt you are to pay the outstanding amount. 9. In the event upon project delivery additional works are requested, or is necessary to visit object during its building stage, payment is subject to a separate agreement. |
