8. Utility core layouts with plumbing specification;
9. Utility core tile placement, tiles specification;
10. Kitchen diagram;
11. Door layout and specification;
12. Floor sheeting, jambs and windowsill (drawings and specifications);
13. Drawings for built-in chests and aisles;
14. Table of finishing works (all wall, floor and ceiling materials and dimensions);
15. Drawings of individual furniture items and selection of ready furniture;
16. Finishing of window aisles (selection of venetian blinds and curtains);
17. Drawings of original details (fireplace, fish tank, flower boxes, fountain, design object, illumination fixture object, waterwall, mosaic, wall painting, decorative painting, glass print, stained-glass window, selection of arts and sculpture objects);
18. Matching of walls with future, wall colours and other details;
19. 3D Visualisation of the overall object or individual premises.

P.S. Of course, this list can be modified for each individual case – for office we will need office desk drawing, for shops – shelves and illuminated advertisements, café will need bar drawing and so on.
